Make Smarter Decisions to Maximize Your Show Outcomes
Is your show roster yielding lackluster results? This session will teach you to make wiser decisions using all of the information at your disposal. We'll look at a variety of exhibiting scenarios and assess options for alternative approaches to that show, such as expanding or downsizing your exhibit's footprint-or even skipping the show entirely! You'll receive useful templates and checklists to help you:
 •  Think more strategically about your exhibit marketing plan
 •  Evaluate when you should-and shouldn't-exhibit
 •  Determine when to change your exhibiting strategy to maximize your success
CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.
