Learning from Each Other: Peer2Peer Improvement Panel
Exhibiting is an iterative process. Every time you participate in a trade show, you can (and should) improve your performance. In this session, you'll work with a panel of your peers to develop improvement strategies you can apply to continuously improve your shows. You will:
 •  Listen to a panel of your brand-side peers as they share their biggest accomplishments-and their biggest challenges
 •  Outline a process to identify opportunities for improvement to use once you return home
 •  "Choose your own adventure" by selecting a topic (shared by one of the panelists)
 •  Collaborate with the panelists to brainstorm actionable improvement strategies

As a Trade Show Strategy Specialist, Robyn Davis is known for her fresh perspective and process-driven approach to exhibitor success. She provides strategic booth staff training and consulting services to exhibitors in industries like healthcare, construction, and technology (directly and through event organizers, like RSNA, AEM, and others). Robyn has been selected for BizBash's "500 Most Influential Event Professionals in North America" and Connect Association's "40 Under 40" lists. Her degree is in Aerospace Engineering.

Marcia Deem, CTSM, event marketing manager, Relias
Marcia Deem is a CTSM Graduate and Event Marketing Manager at Relias, a Health Care E-Learning company based in North Carolina. She joined the Relias team in January, and was previously the Marketing Events Manager at PERQ, where she contributed over 3X the expected ROI on events. Marcia is one of the winners of the 2019 All-Star Award by Exhibitor Magazine and also received the MeetingsNet's 2018 Changemaker recognition for creating an event marketing program from ground up, with an eye in training and transparency. She is originally from Brazil and has been in the United States for 15 years.

Having a background in technical and engineering my career has taken me from managing a small group of support engineers to managing all related IT Business systems. To what now also include managing our marketing efforts from Canada to Argentina. This has given me a side view of the industry as I learn and grow with the role of being a successful event marketer.
