The ability to communicate is essential for managers - it conveys your intended meaning, instills confidence and trust, and strengthens your credibility. Yet many managers say they receive little training in communication skills. This session will use small and large group discussion to share insights into, and examples of how to, make your communication more effective. Get ready to improve both your verbal and written skill. Learn to:
 •  Manage difficult conversations, both verbally and in writing
 •  Deliver feedback constructively
 •  Be more empathetic in the workplace
 •  Craft clear, efficient email communications
 •  Use principles of behavioral psychology to move people toward your point of view
