This session will introduce you to the most common types of KPIs - and teach you how to create metrics to quantify your success. We'll share definitions and case studies. Then we'll do a workshop to where you'll develop custom KPIs you can take home and use to measure your program. Learn to:

 •  Obtain buy-in from management that these are the areas they'd like measured
