Are you attracting the right audience to your event? Does the experience you're creating inspire them to act? If not, attendee personas could be the key to improving the results of your next event. Personas are descriptions that represent your ideal target attendees. Once you've created personas, you can use them to guide your strategy, messaging, and overall attendee experience. In this hands-on, roll-up your sleeves workshop, you'll learn a step-by-step process to crafting personas that goes beyond traditional demographics to include awareness levels, motivations, interests, and behavioral drivers. We'll even help you to apply these techniques to your own project. Learn to:

 •  Create robust attendee personas for your next event
 •  Incorporate persona insights into your marketing plan
 •  Use personas to drive your event strategy
CTSM Candidates with 5 or more years of experience may take this session in place of certain five-digit required sessions, with prior approval.

Ellen Campbell-Kaminski, vice president of marketing, Exhibit Concepts, Inc.
Ellen Campbell-Kaminski is Vice President of Marketing for Exhibit Concepts, Inc. (ECI) with responsibility for branding, demand generation, content marketing, and analytics. Prior to ECI, Ellen held executive positions in marketing, strategy and business development for leading software and information services companies. Ellen holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Georgetown University. She taught at the University of Dayton and frequently speaks on transforming marketing and marketing effectiveness.
