How Do You Compare with the Competition? Conduct Your Own Performance Audit
This is part one of a two-part workshop. Part two, T1060 at 4:15pm, must also be taken.
This workshop is limited to 15 registrants.

A visual audit that assesses your exhibit, staff, and marketing is a great way to evaluate your exhibit's performance versus your competitors. This three-part program will include: a 90-minute overview, a 45-minute small-group (plus mentor) exercise on the EXHIBITORLIVE show floor, and 45-minutes of feedback and evaluation. Learn to:
 •  Understand the difference between quantitative and qualitative metrics
 •  Conduct a visual audit
 •  Write an audit report - and use the results to improve your results at future trade shows
