T2024 45 Minute Session:
The Essential Elements of Exhibit Planning
Exhibiting at a trade show requires major investments in time, energy, and resources. Before you pack your crates and monogram the swag, you need to take a step back and ask yourself some key questions. What kind of experience do you want to deliver? How can you make an impact on attendees? How do you make sure your show participation is successful? Learn to:
 •  Understand what the show attendees need - and create an exhibit that delivers a relevant experience
 •  Select the right exhibit solutions. This includes utilizing a rental or custom design, and selecting your graphics and technology
 •  Develop a communications/action plan to deploy before, during, and after the show
