Learn how to use Lean Six Sigma to make informed trade show marketing decisions and sharpen your project management skills. Part II topics:
 •  Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Key Behavioral Indicators (KBI), key aspects of the [As-Is] current process and collect relevant data
 •  Analyze data to understand failure modes as well as cause-and-effect relationships. Identify factors that influence Attendees as they consume a Purchase Experience
