SMG Introduces Advanced Customer Service Training Program
We are pleased to announce another SMG exclusive training program available to all facilities – Advanced Customer Service! SMG is committed to delivering amazing customer service at all of our venues and this training class explores the finer nuances of interacting with our customers and truly making their visit memorable. We are taking service to a higher level!
Advanced Customer Service focuses on the five Cs of communication: Context, Congruence, Culture, Consistency and Clusters. The five stages of a customer conversation is practiced to achieve better results with customer complaints. In addition, many of the subtleties of body language and gestures are discussed.
Advanced Customer Service is intended for any employee who has attended k’nekt Customer Service. It is delivered in market by Certified k’nekt Facilitators. As with all k’nekt programs, the skills taught are applicable in all facets of life – work and personal.
