dio Appoints Rick Pace as VP Experiential Marketing
dio is pleased to announce Rick Pace has been appointed as VP Experiential Marketing. With more than 20 years’ experience in media and marketing, he has a proven track record of creating, developing and implementing consumer marketing strategies for brands – from regional brands to large Fortune 500 companies.
Pace joined do it outdoors media in 2007, to head up the field marketing team. He’s excited to make the switch to dio, the experiential shop. Both brands are owned by Extreme Holdings, a parent company.
In his new role, Pace will actively engage new clients located throughout the United States.
“I believe the consumer journey should be relative through an experience,” says Pace. “I am excited about showing clients the ‘big picture’ ideas, while offering creative solutions in brand marketing. I’m passionate about delivering innovative experiences that highlight human-to-human interaction, which transforms the way consumers experience brands.”
Under Pace’s guidance, do it outdoors media added over 100 new clients and was recognized as an industry leader in non-traditional marketing by clients and peers. He was pivotal when the company decided to use dio to specialize in experiential marketing, and he is revered as the “madman” who not only envisions the concepts but who brings it all together.
