Allcal Announces Low Cost Event Management Platform for Festivals, Events
Allcal is excited to announce Allcal Festivals, a cost effective all-in-one event management solution built specifically to serve the needs of festivals and conventions. Allcal Festivals allows groups to launch their own branded mobile app and online schedule, make changes to that schedule in real time, and create ticketed events in minutes.
“Our software was created to be an innovative solution for all festival organizational needs,”explains Allcal CEO Daniel Cocanougher. “We’ve been developing a customizable platform for the last 12 months to best serve smaller festivals and events. Allcal Festivals is a platform to take care of all aspects of festival and convention planning: scheduling, ticketing, and engagement.”
This news comes after years of Allcal serving a multitude of festivals and conventions, including Stan Lee’s Los Angeles Comic Con, RuPaul’s DragCon, Kitsunekon, and Philadelphia Film Festival. Allcal Festivals empowers event planners to build their own event management system customized to their needs using a simple setup wizard. From volunteer and staff scheduling to exhibitor calendars and ticket sales, Allcal Festivals allows everyone involved to easily stay connected throughout the year.
Allcal Festivals is currently in beta testing for film festivals and is expected to launch for the public in August 2018. Plans range from $49/month to $299/month, far lower than the cost of building a custom event app. Go to festivals.allcal.com to sign up for a free 90-day trial period.
