Nashville CVC Promotes Adrienne Siemers to Lead Sales Department
The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp has promoted Adrienne Siemers to Senior Vice President of Sales, assuming many of the responsibilities of former Chief Sales Officer Kay Witt who retired earlier this summer after 12 years with the NCVC.
“We are excited to promote Adrienne Siemers to lead the sales department as Senior Vice President of Sales. Adrienne has been with the NCVC for over thirteen years, and during her tenure, she has proven to be an asset to the sales team and an effective leader,” said Butch Spyridon, president and CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. “Adrienne has led several high-profile projects including the city’s bid to host 2026 FIFA World Cup™ games. She also worked as part of the sales team to pre-sell the Music City Center, securing over one million definite room nights prior to its opening in 2013. In her new role, Adrienne will continue to be critical to our sales efforts in the years to come.”
Adrienne Siemers has been with the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp since 2005. She led several high-profile projects, including the city’s bid to host 2026 FIFA World Cup™ games. Siemers also worked as part of the sales team to pre-sell the Music City Center, securing over one million definite room nights prior to opening date. Siemers previously worked for the Council Bluffs Iowa Convention and Visitors Bureau and briefly as a television reporter and producer. Adrienne is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
