Spectra Launches Spectra Women's Network Employee Resource Group
11/14/2019
Spectra, industry leader in venue management, food services & hospitality, and partnerships, today announces its company-wide employee resource group, Spectra Women’s Network. Open to all employees, Spectra Women’s Network is dedicated to the development, advancement, and support of women at Spectra. The group will regularly provide professional training and development workshops as well as networking opportunities. Spectra’s Vice President of Client Experience and Ticketing, Jacque Holowaty, has been named the Women’s Network Executive Champion. In the role, Jacque will lead the group’s various volunteer committees and coordinate programming and events. “The game-changing women in our company—and our industry—are powerful individually, and even more-so when they come together,” Holowaty said. “I am proud and honored to champion this new venture in every city, state, and country where Spectra teams call home.” William Hughston, who joined Spectra in August as the organization’s new Senior Vice President of Human Resources, launched the network. Most recently, William was Senior Vice President, Human Resources with Thompson Hospitality Corporation, where he executed local, regional and corporate initiatives across the organization. His background also includes various leadership positions with Aramark, Lowes Home Improvement, The Target Corporation, and The Home Depot. “Building a diverse and inclusive company begins by fostering a culture that embraces and celebrates our team members' differences,” William Hughston, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, said. “We’re excited for Spectra employees to come together to meet like-minded people, raise awareness on key issues, and share our personal and professional culture and values with one another.” About Spectra Spectra is an industry leader in hosting and entertainment, partnering with clients to create memorable experiences for millions of visitors every year. Spectra’s unmatched blend of integrated services delivers incremental value for clients through several primary areas of expertise: Venue Management, Food Services & Hospitality, and Partnerships.
