EEI Global, Inc. Announces Acquisition, Creation of New EEI Digital Division

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI - Derek Gentile, CEO of EEI Global, Inc. today announced the acquisition of Miller & Associates Consulting Inc. (MAACI) & Cine-Tik and the creation of EEI Digital as a newly formed division of EEI Global. The move complements as well as expands EEI Global's current digital capabilities. Kirk Miller, founder of MAACI and Cine Tik, will be leading the EEI Digital team as Executive Producer/General Manager for the new division of the experiential marketing agency.
Mr. Gentile shared his comments with all employees in an address to the company, “We’re thrilled with the creation of EEI Digital and welcome Kirk Miller to head up this important new division. Kirk is a skilled and trusted collaborator and we've worked with him for over a decade. It made perfect sense for Kirk to lead and shape the enhanced capabilities we can now offer our clients.” Kirk Miller offered an enthusiastic response, "I look forward to the opportunity to dive deeper into the EEI Global organization and help service the clients with some amazing technology and content solutions".
EEI Digital operates out of Farmington Hills, MI. In-house capabilities now include immersive digital engagements (AR, VR, Mixed Reality), interactive and multimedia services, website content, video production, editorial, 2D and 3D animation, game engine app development, on-site technology support, and streaming services for live broadcasts and hybrid events.
