Danny Orleans Corporate Magic Releases '7 Predictions for the Return of Trade Shows'

Can a magician correctly predict how and when trade shows will be back? Perhaps. Especially a corporate magician who has made a career of stopping traffic on the trade show floor and delivering a marketing message at exhibit booths. Danny Orleans is attempting just that. And Orleans should know. He’s been helping clients like American Express, ExxonMobil and Honeywell generate booth traffic since the 1990s. His secret? He combines his clients’ marketing message with his highly visual, interactive, experiential marketing presentation.
“Trade shows always come back,” says Orleans. “We’ve been through the fear of travel after 9/11. The fear of budget cuts during the recession and now the pandemic. Tons of shows were cancelled and postponed shows for all the right reasons. But as millions of vaccines go into the arms of trade show exhibitors and attendees, people will feel safe. As a matter of fact, I’m predicting ‘revenge attendance’ at shows before the year is out.”
After a year of performing only at virtual trade shows, about which Orleans says, “That was a trick in itself,” Orleans’ schedule is getting busy again. He’ll be presenting his SalesMagic® at the X-Tek booth at the AISTech (Iron and Steel Technology Show) in Nashville and at ExxonMobil’s booth at MINExpo in Vegas.
A couple of months ago, many of his clients contacted him wondering about the return of trade shows.
