Access TCA is delighted to announce that Chris Metzger has joined the company as senior vice president, client services. Chris, who began his post-college career at association management company Smith Bucklin, has become one of the leading proponents of strategic congress channel management and the value of face-to-face marketing with a specialization in healthcare. Through the years he has established strong relationships and alliances with high profile clients yet has never abandoned his commitment to business development. Chris is known for his energy in meeting new challenges, finding solutions to improve the customer experience, and his ability to be a dedicated team player.
