The Exhibitor Advocacy Group Calls for Dialog in New White Paper
4/12/2021
As events begin to recover from the pandemic shutdown, the Exhibitor Advocacy Group - an ad hoc group whose members come from the corporate exhibitor community, exhibitor-appointed contractors, unions, show management, and general service contractors—is issuing a call for change. According to the group, the most crucial change is recognizing exhibitors’ needs and concerns moving forward. As the paper describes, exhibitors are at the center of the event ecosystem, and their voices must be heard for the industry to thrive. A new white paper, The Future Success of Trade Shows: Working Together for Change, hosted on the EDPA site and available here, details the issues and invites all industry stakeholders to engage in a dialog that will ensure a future that addresses the requirements of every segment of the industry. The pandemic shutdown built awareness that we are all in this together, and now the Exhibitor Advocacy Group asks that we continue the collaboration. About EDPA The Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) represents more than 350 companies that support business-to-business events like industry conferences and trade shows. 95% of EDPA’s members are small businesses, and they support live events in all 50 states. www.edpa.com Contact: Amanda Helgemoe, ahelgemoe@nuvistaonline.com, (214) 752-7075 Contact: questions@exhibitormagazine.com |
