EXHIBITOR Magazine Announces 2021 Best of CES Winners
4/22/2021
EXHIBITOR magazine, the leader in trade show and corporate event marketing education, recently announced its 2021 Best of CES award winners. The program honors the top 10 virtual exhibits and activations from among the roughly 2,000 at the all-digital 2021 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
“When CES announced it was going fully digital for 2021, people immediately wondered how exhibitors would pivot from the richly immersive physical spaces they typically erect at the event to virtual activations for this new online audience,” said Travis Stanton, editor of EXHIBITOR, who collaborates with the magazine’s editorial team to select and rank the winners. “To earn a spot on our Best of CES list this year, companies had to combine solid content, engaging experiences, innovative applications of digital technology, and user-friendly virtual spaces. And the 10 exhibits that qualified for this year’s list delivered exceptional activations that raised the bar on virtual exhibits to inspiring new levels.”
Topping this year’s Best of CES list was Fiat Chrysler Automotive, with a virtual exhibit created by George P. Johnson and Spinifex Group. Meanwhile, Procter & Gamble Co., Philips Electronics North America, Canon USA Inc., and LG Electronics Inc. rounded out the competition’s top five.
“Our annual Best of CES list is, of course, intended to spotlight the best of the best at what is among the world’s most significant and influential trade shows, but it’s also an inspiring resource full of virtual-exhibit eye candy and digital-marketing excellence that we hope other exhibitors will be able to adopt and adapt to suit their own programs,” said Stanton. “Scoring a spot on our Best of CES list is an impressive feat considering the fact that the 10 virtual exhibits included represent less than one-half of 1 percent of the companies on the CES 2021 virtual show floor.”
The exhibiting companies (and associated design and fabrication firms, where applicable) to make EXHIBITOR magazine’s 2021 Best of CES list include:
1. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles
George P. Johnson, a Project Worldwide agency; Spinifex Group Inc.
2. Procter & Gamble Co.
