Eagle Management Group Announces Leadership Transition in Orlando

WENONAH, NJ – Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) is announcing a leadership transition within its Orlando operations.
Russell Markusic, City Manager, and
Patty Markusic, CSR, will be retiring after 30 years of dedicated service to Eagle and the
Orlando trade show community. Chris Perry will assume the role of City Manager, and
George Duncan will step into the Assistant City Manager position.
Russell and Patty have been instrumental in strengthening Eagle’s presence in Orlando.
Their leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to the local workforce have built a
strong foundation for continued success.
Chris Perry began his career in the trade show industry in 2003 after assisting at the Miami Boat
Show, an experience that launched a long-term career in live events. Over the years, he
advanced through roles including lead, floor manager, and project manager. His
background in construction and business ownership has shaped his hands-on leadership
style and operational focus.
“What excites me most about leading the Orlando operation is the workforce,” says Perry. “This is a talented group with a lot of potential. There are big shoes to fill, but I’m excited to step into this role and continue building on what Russ and Patty created.”
George Duncan will support the Orlando team as Assistant City Manager, working
alongside Perry to maintain strong communication and operational excellence within the
market.
