Julie DeQuattro, CTSM, Earns Diamond-level Certified Trade Show Marketer Credentials

ROCHESTER, MN. - Exhibitor Group, the award-winning leader in trade show and corporate event marketing education, is proud to announce that Julie DeQuattro has now earned Diamond-level Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) credentials.
With more than 15 years of expertise
in shaping trade show booths and expo floors into environments, DeQuattro serves as Senior Manager, Global Marketing Events at UKG. DeQuattro first achieved CTSM certification in 2014.
"Achieving CTSM Diamond status had always been something on the horizon of what I knew could be accomplished, but also something that I never thought would be possible for me," said DeQuattro. "I’m not the type who enjoys public speaking. I plan events and enjoy being “behind the scenes” and therefore the thought of teaching a class, or writing an article – even on topics I’m knowledgeable on – was a daunting one. It was the encouragement and support from my CTSM peers that helped me step outside my comfort zone and embrace something new."
DeQuattro lists a favorite career milestone as leading the expo floor at UKG’s flagship event Aspire in November 2025, where she was entrusted with reimagining the environment and elevating how UKG showed up for its prospects and customers. Aspire came to life through powerful collaboration: a team that moved with agility, partners who brought bold ideas to the table, and leaders who trusted the team to innovate. This event will remain one of the most defining accomplishments of her career and a reminder of why she is so passionate about the events industry.
"CTSM was the certification that started it all," added DeQuattro. "It informed me, pushed me, challenged me, and opened doors I never expected, and I’m forever grateful for the foundation it gave me."

The CTSM Diamond-level classification was established in 2011 to recognize the graduates who have chosen to lead through professional contributions to the CTSM program and the industry. CTSM graduates have the option of adding on to their core certification at four different levels of upgrades: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. More than 3,000 trade show and corporate event marketing professionals are currently enrolled in the CTSM program, and to date just 39 CTSM graduates have achieved Diamond Level certification.
