Powered by advanced natural language processing, Smart Search interprets real-world queries and quickly delivers relevant, personalized hotel results-considering price, distance, amenities, sustainability features, exclusive promotions, and more.
The experience became even more intuitive with the addition of voice-enabled Smart Search, allowing attendees to speak their search criteria directly into the platform for fast, hands-free results.
Streamlining Hotel Setup and Operations
To support event organizers and housing managers, onPeak introduced the AI Smart Contract Reader, which automates one of the most time-consuming steps in event setup.
By securely analyzing uploaded hotel contracts, the tool automatically extracts key details such as cut-off dates, concessions, and commissions-reducing manual data entry, minimizing errors, and accelerating the setup process. Contracts associated with multiple hotels or event years only need to be uploaded once, further improving efficiency.
Improving Customer Support Through Automation
The AI Smart Suite also delivers meaningful gains behind the scenes. AI Smart Categories, now live for onPeak's Reservation Services team, uses AI to automatically categorize incoming support emails, ensuring faster routing, reduced manual sorting, and cleaner ticket queues.
