ALHI Welcomes Reena Shanahan and Jillian Cauvin as Directors of Global Sales

DALLAS, TX – Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) announces the appointments of Reena Shanahan and Jillian Cauvin as Directors of Global Sales. Both bring more than 20 years of hospitality experience to ALHI, further strengthening the organization’s global sales capabilities.
“We are excited to welcome Jillian and Reena to the ALHI family as they will play an important role in growing our Mid-Atlantic and Southeast presence,” said Michael Dominguez, President and CEO of ALHI. “Their experience, polish and professionalism help us round out our already incredibly talented Global Sales teams.”
Shanahan brings 20 years of experience in hospitality sales, business development and healthcare operations. Her hospitality career includes roles as senior area sales manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, director of global accounts at Omni Hotels and director of sales (Midwest) at Teneo Hospitality Group, where she managed a portfolio of more than 60 independent and branded hotels. Known for driving growth and fostering lasting client relationships, Shanahan is excited to return to the hospitality industry. She is based in the Washington, D.C. area and represents the Mid-Atlantic region.
Cauvin has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, including 13 years in hospitality. Most recently, she served as global group and meetings manager for sports and entertainment at Choice Hotels International. Prior to that, she held progressive global sales roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, culminating in the role of account director. Having represented more than 50 hotel brands throughout her career, Cauvin is dedicated to fostering meaningful partnerships and delivering exceptional client experiences. She is based in Atlanta, Ga., and represents the Southern region.
