Aluvision:
Designed for Impact & Efficiency
By: Jillian Fafard, Director of Marketing, US, Aluvision
Live events foster deeper connections between brands and customers, creating memorable experiences and influencing perceptions. Some events are built using all custom-crafted elements, while others integrate modular systems as part of the foundation.
As mentioned in a previous article in this space, not all modular systems for building live event spaces are created equal. Choosing a modular systems provider isn't simply about comparing 55mm and 62mm frame widths; it's about evaluating how they support your business beyond today's project to ensure long-term operational success.
Enter Aluvision: an innovative developer and worldwide supplier of high-quality modular solutions that combines bold imagination with unmatched engineering and manufacturing expertise. Our purpose is to imagineer modular systems that offer limitless creativity grounded in reusability, efficiency, and the long-term success of our partners.
In the first half of the year, we launched new products and enhanced customer favorites, driving game-changing efficiencies in how live events are designed, built, and executed.
Fenix: The Quick Tightener Pro
Our revolutionary Fenix quick tightener pro was developed to enhance the structural integrity and installation efficiency of event spaces built using Aluvision's range of modular systems. This 'pro' building concept focuses on speed, efficiency, and ease-of-use, and is a complete building solution for combining frames, corners, and connectors.
The top feature of the Fenix is its three settings for use: shipping, frame-to-corner post, and frame-to-frame. The connector remains installed in the frame during storage and shipping, saving customers time and cost across the logistics of planning and executing live events.
The combination of the Fenix and our enhanced corner pro range of posts — now featuring a simplified T-slot for connector insertion — ensures effortless assembly. This is further supported by its lock-and-go, toolless installation system, compatible with both 55mm and 62mm frames.
Live event producers using Fenix also benefit from time savings they can pass on to clients as reduced labor costs.
Aluvision's 55 & 62 Modular Frames: Made in the US
While Aluvision's 55 profiles offer the quality, durability, and stability any design needs, we recognize that some companies prefer the 62mm width. We're passionate about customer service and innovation that matters and saw this as an opportunity to provide our partners with a complete 62 range of solutions they can trust to perform. This year, Aluvision has launched a 62 counterpart to every 55 solution we offer.
Instead of making customers choose a size, we focus on what matters — providing a full suite of 55 and 62 options for modular frames, accessories, LED tiles, and LED edge-lighting solutions, all supported by high standards of material quality, engineering, and design aesthetics (because a modular system should look as good as it performs).
What's more, Aluvision assembles our standard frames and doors for this market at our main U.S. production facility in Atlanta. Responsiveness and timely product delivery are the core of Aluvision's business, and ensuring a continuous stock of our most popular items at our facilities in Atlanta and Las Vegas can be the difference between success and failure for our customers.
The New Standard for Lightboxes
Another groundbreaking innovation for the events industry, Aluvision's all-new way to illuminate lightboxes is guaranteed to save customers (and their clients) time and streamline I&D labor.
Aluvision's award-winning modular sidelit lighting system is changing the game when it comes to deploying lightboxes at events and shows.
Engineered for quick setup and an exceptionally intuitive user experience, this latest innovation stands apart from others on the market.
The modular system is built to scale with changing lightbox sizes. With Aluvision's QuickFix connectors, lightboxes built with Aluvision profiles can be expanded or contracted to meet evolving client needs, and these LED modules can be added or removed as required.
What's more, LED modules are only required on two sides of a lightbox frame, and each LED module has an integrated driver with an interlink cable, making connections easy and fast.
Lastly, Aluvision's modular sidelit lighting system accommodates both 18W and 27W LED modules, with a 7000K color temperature and high-lumen output for bright, high-intensity illumination. Designers can confidently create impactful displays knowing lightboxes will be evenly lit and clearly visible — even across busy show floors.
Modular Solutions Built for Modern Events
The future of live events isn't about choosing between efficiency and impact. With the right modular systems partner, businesses can streamline operations, improve labor forecasting, and create bold, high-quality environments that leave lasting impressions. E
