DSA Hires Nick Paton as Business Development Manager

The DSA Sales and Marketing department has expanded this month, welcoming new Business Development Manager, Nick Paton to the team.

Having originally qualified as a furniture designer in 1990, Nick has 25 years’ experience working throughout the event and exhibition industry, from designing displays to now advising companies on how best to use the 'live events' arena to achieve their corporate communication aims. His experience includes working with the professional and consumer side of healthcare in addition to the pharmaceutical, automotive and government industries among others. Nick’s clients have included, GSK, Abbott, Novartis, Ford Motor Company, Aston Martin, HM Prison and Waldorf Astoria Hotels.

Nick has an intuitive ability to craft, segment and repurpose generic marketing messages so that his clients’ target audiences actually understand them. Preferring ordinary English to agency-speak, his work has helped companies to position their public persona at key events, winning over key opinion leaders on the issues of the moment and delivering a measurable ROI that has formed longstanding client relationships.

Nick has worked across several key worldwide and European events which include CES, MWC, EASD, CPhI Worldwide and F1 Grand Prix’s.
