Honoring the industry's top exhibit producers, the Find It – Top 40 (produced by EXHIBITOR Magazine and Find It On EXHIBITORXchange, the buyer's guide to trade show products and services) recognizes the best exhibit houses based on a variety of criteria within five different categories. Top-ranked entrants receive a custom plaque, and all firms named to the top 40 will be recognized via print and online coverage. |
Eligibility |
Small, medium, and large exhibit houses with offices anywhere in the world are eligible to apply. Entrants must be exhibit producers, but capabilities may include any combination of the following: custom exhibits, rental exhibits, portable and/or system-based exhibits, pop-up exhibits, etc. In order to participate, entrants must complete the initial application, submit the online entry form, and remit payment. While entrants may choose not to answer questions on the entry form that are not marked as required, they will not earn points for those criteria. |
How to Enter |
Complete the Online Entry Form. We highly recommend that you save your answers in a Word doc until you are ready to copy and paste them into the online form. You may use this Word version of the entry form for your convenience. Once you have completed the Online Entry Form, you will receive a link to a page where you will remit payment of the entry fee. The discounted, early bird entry fee is $195 (if completed by January 3) or $245 (if completed by January 10) or $295 (if completed by January 17). No applications will be accepted after January 17. |

Criteria |
Applicants will be evaluated using an objective algorithm weighted to reflect how EXHIBITOR magazine readers value a variety of criteria when determining whether or not to include an organization on a request for information (RFI) or request for proposal (RFP). The myriad criteria being considered have been categorized into five primary areas: • Company and Capabilities • Honors and Awards • Thought Leadership and Industry Participation • Service and Reliability • Creativity and Key Differentiators The evaluation process also includes a survey of current clients and a review of entrants' past projects, selling points, and innovations, conducted by a panel of corporate exhibit managers. |
Recognition |
The 40 highest-scoring firms (regardless of company size) with headquarters in North America will be announced among the Find It - Top 40. The top-ranking firm within each of the five primary categories will be honored during EXHIBITORLIVE in Nashville. Additionally, the highest-scoring international firms (with headquarters outside North America) will be named to a separate list of the industry's top global exhibit providers (including a Best International Exhibit Producer honoree). All companies named to the Find It - Top 40 will also receive recognition in print and online via a press release, an online listing, and a special section within the April/May 2024 issue of EXHIBITOR magazine. |
