RentPath Partners with e4 Design and Win Best in Show at NAA Apartmentalize 2019

E4 Design, a boutique custom exhibit rental arm of Freeman, is pleased to celebrate RentPath’s Best Island Booth honors at the National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize in Denver, Colorado on June 25-28, 2019. RentPath has worked with e4 Design for over 20 years, creating memorable experiences on the show floor.

RentPath’s Director of Creative Services and Events, Frank Jones, along with the B2B marketing team were the masterminds behind this engaging exhibit. The objective for the show was to stand out with an exciting and memorable carnival-themed exhibit while telling the story of a renter’s journey. “The Renter’s Journey of Unfortunate Events” was born.

Frank Jones and Don Lipke, e4 Design’s Senior Exhibit Consultant, worked hand in hand to design an experience like no other. The RentPath Creative & Marketing collaboration brought the mystery, engaging ideas, and messaging to the forefront. The e4 Design team brought the exhibit excellence and expertise in fabrication to the table. Together they created an unforgettable experience under the big top – securing the winning exhibit accolade.

When approaching, living “Zoltar” welcomed you from one corner of the booth into a space filled with living topiaries, smells of cotton candy and popcorn, and a carnival barker/magician teasing what you might see under the big top. There was no missing the large circus tent with a live showing of “The Renter’s Journey of Unfortunate Events.”

Attendees were welcomed under the tent in groups of 15+, to view “The Renter’s Journey of Unfortunate Events.” Inside, four dioramas were designed with actors displaying rental scenarios gone wrong in each. After each scene was complete, messaging was displayed as to how RentPath could help in each situation.

Booth staff met the attendees outside of the big top exit and invited them to demo RentPath’s digital products in a separate, but connected meeting space.
